Well to be honest I think the app does help but only if you remember a fixed time each day that you want to workout otherwise it probably won't help I think but overall it's not bad.

I have been using the app for almost a week now. I must say I am pleased. The exercises are good, well presented and very beginner friendly. The intensity (everything is done in about 3 minutes) is very low but you can repeat the exercises as often as you like. I think it is especially great that the app regularly reminds me to drink because I like to forget about it!

Very easy to use. Good effective workouts. Reminds me to drink more fluids and helps regulate my calorie intake. A bit disappointed that there is no food scanner, which would definitely be useful and save some time, but otherwise everything is fine, no other complaints. Love this app!

Not bad, I haven't used other exercise apps before, this is my first time using them and it's not bad. Simple and effective, I can create my own small goals and exercise programs.

Normal application. Very, very pleased with simple, human registration, which does not require taking tests, blood and sweat.

The exercises are very enjoyable, with the right amount of repetitions or time for them. The only thing is that there is no template in the order of starting positions.
